USER REGISTRATION 4.1.\u00a0To access certain Services, the User must register by providing truthful and up-to-date information.\u00a0 4.2.\u00a0The User\u00a0is responsible for\u00a0maintaining\u00a0the confidentiality of their Credentials and for all activity performed through their account.\u00a0 4.3.\u00a0PDA INTERNATIONAL may suspend or\u00a0delete\u00a0accounts that breach these Terms or use the Services fraudulently, unlawfully, or in bad faith.\u00a0 4.4. Use of external platforms:\u00a0 Certain content, courses, certifications, or functionalities offered by PDA INTERNATIONAL may be managed or delivered through external platforms, including Go4Clic (app.go4clic.com). Such platforms\u00a0operate\u00a0under their own Terms and Conditions and their own privacy policies, independent from those of PDA INTERNATIONAL.\u00a0 PDA INTERNATIONAL does not control the technical mechanisms of these platforms and is not responsible for the data processing carried out by such platforms as part of their own operation.\u00a0 Access to and use of these platforms shall be governed exclusively by their respective terms.\u00a0 6.
