Strategic Development of Female Talent: PDA’s Contribution to Santander Women Network
At PDA, we believe that professional development is a catalyst for change. That is why we are excited to share a recent collaboration that reflects our commitment to fostering talent growth. We had the privilege of collaborating with the Santander Women Network mentoring program. This joint initiative was designed to professionalize and enrich the experience of the participants. More than 200 program participants benefited from this initiative, creating a positive impact on their professional development. The implementation of the PDA Assessment was guided by a single objective: to provide a tool that would elevate mentoring interactions to a deeper and more impactful level. To achieve this, we provided all participants—both mentors and mentees—with their behavioral profile reports. This tool became an essential resource for enhancing the quality and focus of every mentoring interaction: With their behavioral profile report, participants gained an objective understanding of their strengths, leadership styles, and areas for development.. Armed with these insights, mentoring conversations became more strategic, enabling a direct focus on participants’ real development needs and facilitating the precise alignment of goals with each individual’s profile and competencies, driving a more meaningful and impactful development process. …driving a far more effective and personalized development process. To help participants make the most of this self-awareness, each woman received personalized feedback. from an expert consultant. This session expanded on and deepened the insights from their behavioral assessment, providing a detailed understanding of their… dominant behavioral styles and behavioral radar, ensuring that their understanding of their potential could be immediately translated into action and strategy. Our collaboration with this network of women has not only provided practical tools to foster personal and professional growth, but has also helped build an ecosystem of mutual support, learning, and ambition. We conclude this chapter knowing that the true impact lies in the unwavering strength of a network of women now empowered by self-awareness.
